1. Perishable goods

Because fresh produce (yams, plantains, vegetables) is perishable, we cannot accept returns on perishable items unless they arrived damaged or spoiled.

2. Reporting issues

3. Refund process

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
