At African Junction, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

1. Information we collect

We collect the information you give us when you create an account, place an order, sign up to our newsletter or contact us: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, and the details of your orders.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to process and deliver orders, contact you about them, answer your enquiries and, if you subscribe, send our newsletter. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Service providers

• Stripe processes card payments. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Supabase hosts our database, including your account and order details.
• Zapier passes order details to our team so we can prepare and deliver your order.
• Google Gemini powers our AI features (AI Chef, recipes, meal planner). What you type into those features is sent to Google to generate a response; we do not attach your name or contact details.

4. Your basket and wishlist

Your basket and wishlist are stored in your browser on this device only.
